For RSVP events, you can collect user info like emails and phone numbers, but not for regular add-to-calendar or subscription events. However, you can monitor unique views and calendar additions per event to estimate attendance. The decision whether to use RSVP or not, ultimately depends on your preferences, considering that regular events typically have higher conversion rates than RSVP events.
Yes. You can use CalendarLink for free. The free version of CalendarLink allows you to use all of the basic features, including unlimited events. However, the free version does not include access to premium features, which include additional customization options and advanced analytics. The free version is also limited to 50 adds-to-calendars per event, downloading 10 RSVPs and having 10 active subscribers.
